Job Summary

Are you passionate about helping young learners discover the joy of reading? We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and energetic Literacy Intervention Paraprofessional to support our Kindergarten through 2nd-grade students. In this role, you will work closely with classroom teachers and literacy specialists to deliver targeted, small-group reading interventions. Your mission will be to help students build critical foundational skills—such as phonics, phonemic awareness, and fluency—ensuring every child has the tools they need to become a confident, lifelong reader.
